1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and purchasing tickets through Demo Company ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Namibia.
2. Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases are subject to seat availability at the time of booking. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and verified. Pending bookings hold your seat for a maximum of 24 hours.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Namibian Dollars (N$) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Passengers may cancel their booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. Cancellations made within 2 hours of departure are non-refundable. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days via EFT to the original payment account.
If Demo Company cancels a trip, passengers will receive a full refund or the option to rebook on the next available service at no additional cost.
5. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave in a manner that does not disturb other passengers or crew. Demo Company reserves the right to refuse travel to any passenger who is intoxicated, abusive, or presents a safety risk, without refund.
6. Luggage
Each passenger is permitted one medium-sized piece of luggage and one carry-on bag. Oversized or excess luggage is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Demo Company accepts no liability for loss or damage to luggage.
7. Delays and Schedule Changes
Demo Company will make every effort to operate services on time. However, we accept no liability for delays caused by road conditions, weather, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
Demo Company's liability for any claim arising from the provision of transport services is limited to the price paid for the affected ticket. We accept no liability for consequential, indirect, or special damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Namibia.
