Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ticket?
Search for your route on our homepage, select a date and trip, choose your seat, fill in your details, and complete payment by EFT or at our office.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes — cancellations are free up to 2 hours before departure. Log in, go to My Bookings, and click Cancel. After the cutoff, please contact us directly.
How does payment work?
We accept EFT and cash/card at our office. EFT bookings are confirmed once we receive your proof of payment. Your seat is held for 24 hours while you arrange payment.
What do I need to board?
Show your booking reference or QR code (visible in My Bookings) to the driver. You can also download and print your PDF ticket.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes — when booking, enter the passenger's name. You only need an account to make the booking.
What if my bus is cancelled?
We will notify you by email and offer a full refund or a rebooking on the next available trip at no extra charge.
